These terms govern access to dervyn.com and purchases made through it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.

1. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement or use the site with a parent or guardian. We aim to present descriptions, dimensions, materials, colours and images accurately. Screens, lighting, production tolerances and supplier updates can cause reasonable differences. Product information is for general shopping purposes and is not professional advice.

3. Prices and promotions

Prices and currencies may vary by location and may change before an order is accepted. Shipping, taxes and discounts are shown at checkout when applicable. Promotions are subject to their stated conditions.

4. Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not always mean acceptance. Any affected payment will be refunded to the original method.
