Shipping Policy

This policy explains how orders placed on dervyn.com are processed and delivered.
1. Order processing
Orders are normally reviewed, prepared and dispatched within 48 hours after receipt. Any different timing for a pre-order or personalized item will be shown before purchase. Order and tracking confirmations are sent to the email address provided at checkout.
2. Shipping methods, charges and estimates
Standard tracked shipping is used unless another method is shown at checkout. Shipping costs €5.90 for eligible order subtotals below €35 and is free for eligible subtotals of €35 or more. The final charge appears before payment.
International delivery commonly takes 5–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs, remote locations, weather, carrier disruption or seasonal demand.
3. Destinations
Availability depends on the product, carrier network and delivery address. If an address cannot be served, checkout may be unavailable or we will contact you before dispatch.
4. Address accuracy
Please verify your name, full street address, unit number, postal code and contact details. Email dervyn@outlook.com immediately if a correction is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
5. Tracking and split shipments
Tracking may take 24–72 hours to show movement. One order may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking number.
6. Customs, duties and taxes
Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage charges and customs procedures imposed by the destination country.
7. Delayed or missing parcels
If tracking stalls or shows delivery but the parcel cannot be found, check the delivery address, safe locations, household members and neighbours, then contact the carrier. If unresolved, email dervyn@outlook.com with your order and tracking numbers. Please report delivery issues promptly.
